Mangroves

Explore the foreshore around the Holiday Park and Clarks Beach, including the mudflats and mangroves, and spot the sea life.

Spookers

Spookers is a live entertainment experience in which the victims (you!) move through theatrically themed Haunted Houses, and outdoor environments decorated by sets, props and live scare-actors. As you walk through the attractions you will come across unexpected visual, tactile, and sound effects intended to scare the yell out of you.

Rainbow's End

New Zealand's premier theme park with 23 acres of fun, rides, attractions and entertainment! Featuring the corkscrew rollercoaster, "Fearfall", go-karts, and the magical log flume just to name a few – and all this fun just 30 minutes from Clarks Beach Holiday Park.

NZ Steel Guided Tours

Take a guided tour of BHP Steel and Glenbrook Mill.

Awhitu Peninsula

Explore the Awhitu Peninsula up to the Manukau Heads and tour the lighthouse.

Pukekohe Park Raceway

Visit the Pukekohe Park Raceway. Besides a thrilling horse racing and training complex, you will find a first class function centre.

Historic Waiuku

Escape the hustle and bustle of Auckland Central to one of the big city's best kept little secrets – the glorious vintage township of Waiuku.

Glenbrook Vintage Railway

Experience the golden era of steam-age train travel at the Glenbrook Vintage Railway, near Waiuku, south-west of Auckland. With a journey of 15km through beautiful rolling countryside to the historic harbour town of Waiuku, you will enjoy a unique and nostalgic experience to remember.

Miranda Shorebird Centre

Located only an hour from Auckland the Pukorokoro Miranda Shorebird Centre is an excellent stop to escape the city and have a look at some of New Zealand's amazing birdlife. With nearly half of the population of the endemic Wrybill found at Pukorokoro Miranda during part of the year, and with numbers of shorebirds often exceeding 10,000 the coastline is almost a mandatory stop for any birdwatcher passing by.
